Homer has opened his very own day care. So tonight, Homer is watching over the Flanders children, then Homer realizes how much he hates them and has an evil spontaneous change of heart so he grabs an axe and confronts the children. He murders them. When Ned finds out what he has done, he calls the police and Homer is arrested. Homer's trial begins. When it is over, the verdit is read: not guilty. Homer celebrates and Ned loses it. When they get home, Ned confronts Homer and Homer reveals that everything was intentional and mockingly laughs at the distraught parents. The justice system, and their parents have failed Rod and Todd.
