Bart owes the mob money, and since he's 10, he turns to his father for help. But Homer being Homer, is also broke. Shortly after, a henchman comes for Bart and drags him to Fat Tony's hideout, where he confronts Bart about the money. Bart is ticked off about the who situation and his mouth gets him in trouble. Tony's crew proceeds to rough him up a bit and eventually gets to their promise, and breaks him leg. Bart is sent to the hospital and a cast is placed on his leg. In a stupid rage, Bart calls the cops and rats out Fat Tony, so Chief Wiggum busts down Tony's door and arrests him. Bart agrees to testify against Fat Tony in court, but couldn't get his testimony out before he is attacked and murdered by a hired hitman. Without Bart's testimony, Fat Tony is set free.
