Homer of Darkness

Who is Fallout Boy? Homer suspects it may be Milhouse so he devises a plan. He and his team of super evil scientists begin building their ultimate weapon. It is ready. Homer runs over Milhouse and blasts him with super x-rays. Sending him to the hospital and losing his super powers. Now Fallout Boy is no more, and Milhouse is broken, sad and fat. That's checkmate for the bad guys and Homer is very pleased.
